Check out Rooted Rhythm's signature course, TUNED IN (https://www.rootedrhythm.com/course), which offers a transformational process for parents of highly sensitive, super feeling, wise, and empathetic children. The course teaches parents concrete skills to meet their sensitive kiddos in moments of intensity, increases their ability to connect deeply with their children, and supports a process of inner healing to shift how they relate to parenting. Each module offers unique grounding and embodiment meditations, lectures full of both evidence based and practical content, and supplementary exercises to support in implementation of new skills. Parents report walking away from the experience feeling relaxed in their being and confident to parent their children in a way that both feels most TRUE for them as a parent, as well as most supportive for their kiddos.
